This course invites you to use sound to help you grow as a person. Inspired by Himalayan traditions and modern mindfulness, you will learn Deep Listening. You’ll do more than hear sounds—you’ll learn to feel vibrations and build useful skills for handling emotions, lowering stress, and thinking more clearly.

The Learning Path:
Phase I: The Science of Stillness
Module 1: The Anatomy of Sound
Find out how sound can change your brain’s activity and even affect the water in your body.
Module 2: Sacred Space & Physical Alignment
Practice finding comfortable meditation positions and setting up your space to align with your intentions.
Module 3: Somatic Release
Try the ‘Sound Scan’ technique, which helps you notice your whole body, from head to toe, and gently relax while paying attention to subtle signals it sends.
Phase II: The Art of Listening
Module 4: Deep Listening (The Outer & Inner)
Practice noticing the difference between everyday sounds around you and the quiet moments in between.
Module 5: Emotional Resonance
Notice your emotions as they come and go, learning to accept each feeling and let it pass without holding on to it.
Module 6: Cognitive Anchoring
Learn how to bring your focus back to the sound of the bowl whenever you get distracted.
Phase III: Integration & Tools
Module 7: The Guided Experience
Experience a sound bath that blends breathing exercises with quiet reflection.
Module 8: Philosophy
Learn about old ideas on energy, vibration, and how our actions can have long-term effects.
Module 9: Introduction to the Himalayan Singing Bowl
Get hands-on practice with striking and playing the bowl, and learn how to pick one that feels right for you.
