The Self-Healing Bowl is a handmade Himalayan singing bowl from Nepal, made for meditation and personal healing. It uses a traditional seven-metal alloy and features gold or silver images of deities. You play it by striking or circling the rim to create deep, resonant vibrations.
You can use the bowl in daily practice or healing sessions. It combines sound and visual focus to guide your mindfulness. Its calming tones help reduce stress, balance your energy, and support inner renewal. By blending sacred art with sound, the Self-Healing Bowl offers a powerful way to achieve mental clarity and spiritual well-being.
“A bowl is not just heard; it is felt. When the visual beauty of a deity meets the purity of Himalayan sound, healing becomes a multidimensional experience.”
Hand-hammered in Nepal.
